ROOT: Everything we do grows from the ground up. We are of the North - embedded in the communities, towns, and people we work alongside. Authentic connection is non-negotiable.

DARE: We back artists who take risks. Bold ideas, uncomfortable questions, work that provokes. If it makes people think differently, we're interested. Comfort is not our currency.

BUILD: We're not just producing work. We're building infrastructure. Pathways for emerging artists, relationships with communities, a stronger creative ecosystem across the North. The long game matters to us.
